Note the following when sending an email. Cannot print with specifying a printer's email address in the Bcc field You can attach files up to a total of 40 MB including the body of the email. The following file types are supported (.pdf, .jpg, .jpeg, .png, .gif, .bmp, .tif, .tiff, .doc, .docx, .pub, .rtf, .htm, .txt, .html, .xlsx, .xls, .pptx, .ppt, .odt, .xps, .ods, .odp) but it depends on the file types configured in the Configuration/File Upload Page. Zip compressed files cannot be printed. Any password protected documents cannot be printed.
