The QR Code Print Release feature in the ePRINTit SaaS system allows users who are using the Mobile Web/App to submit and release print jobs using by scanning a QR code instead of manually selecting their print jobs from the printer list. This feature can save time and improve the user experience when releasing print jobs.
To use the QR Code Print Release feature, follow these steps:
Step 1: Submit the Print Job
The user should submit the print job using the File Upload Pag or mobile App.
Step 2: Obtain the QR Code
After submitting the print job, the user will receive a confirmation message containing a QR code. The QR code contains the information necessary to release the print job.
Step 3: Go to the Printer
Proceed to the printer to release the print job. Make sure that the printer is equipped with a QR code reader.
Step 4: Scan the QR Code
Using the QR code reader on the printer, scan the QR code that you obtained in Step 2.
