In this section, the customer can provide Custom Text. When the customer uses the file upload page feature and then submits a job. A job receiving confirmation mail will be sent to the customer’s email with this personalized Custom Text.

A step-by-step guide to configuring Custom Text.
Login to the portal.
Go to Configuration then Settings click on the Custom Text button.
Enter the custom text in the Message Confirmation Text box and click on the Save button. Now, the custom text will be configured successfully.
