A step-by-step guide to update the user.

  • Log in to the Admin Portal using the credentials.

  • Now, click on the User Icon which will be on the top right corner of the page.

  • After clicking on the user button, the settings tab will be visible.

  • Now, click on the Settings button. Update user information page will be visible.

  • As per requirement, update the information from the user portal. Also, we can add more emails for the logged-in user using the Add more emails button.

  • Now, click on the Update button to save the updated information.

Getting Started:

To access the user settings screen, the user simply needs to login to the ePRINTit SaaS and on the menu bar navigate to the User Icon/Settings. This feature is managed by permissions and the user must also be associated to a group that allows the user to access this option.

Updating Existing User Settings

 

Click on the Add button.
Enter the user’s required information.
Click on Update button.
