Open the document to be uploaded using any Microsoft Office program and on the Print option select ePRINTit Printer and click on the Print button.
The file will be upload to the ePRINTit SaaS Portal and will be sent to the printer queue and the following screen will be displayed, where the user can update some of the file configuration. Click on the Ok button to upload the file onthe Applications/Print screen. To get more information about jobs submitted, click here.

After the file is submitted, if the file submission is completed successfully, the following message will be displayed in the system tray. Automatic Update

If the Auto Update toggle bar is enabled then when there is a new software update available the configured driver will auto update itself silentlyWhenever a new version of the Print Driver/File to Print is available, it can be automatically installed for the user. Automatic updates will occur if the user chooses this option by enabling the Auto Update field in the Profiled screen of the ePRINTit SaaS Portal.
On startup or once a day, the drive will check for a new software update. If there is any new software update that will be available in the cloud that is ready for release then the driver will download that version from the backend and install it silently.
If the Auto Update toggle bar is disabled then it will not update itself automatically. To get more information about this configuration, click here.
