Print your documents on any printer from any email-capable device, like your smartphone, tablet, computer, or mobile phone.

Getting Started:

To print an email message or attachment, simply forward your email to the email printing displayed in the Email Printing link available on the Customer Upload Page.

  1. Create an email and attach the photos or documents you want to print.

  2. Enter the printer’s email address and send an email.

Note the following when sending an email.

  • Cannot print with specifying a printer's email address in the Bcc field

  • You can attach files up to a total of 40 MB including the body of the email.

  • The following file types are supported (.pdf, .jpg, .jpeg, .png, .gif, .bmp, .tif, .tiff, .doc, .docx, .pub, .rtf, .htm, .txt, .html, .xlsx, .xls, .pptx, .ppt, .odt, .xps, .ods, .odp) but it depends on the file types configured in the Configuration/File Upload Page.

  • Zip compressed files cannot be printed.

  • Any password protected documents cannot be printed.
