This options displays all jobs submitted to the customer by all customer’s users . This screen allows the user to print or delete one or more jobs.

 

Getting Started:

To access the Print Release screen, the user simply need to login the ePRINTit SaaS and on the menu bar navigate to the Applications/Print area. This feature is managed by permissions and the user must be associated to a group that allows the user to access this option. To get more information about groups and how to associate it to a role type that has this permission, click here.

Summary

The summary displays the number of files, the page count and the total cost of the selected files. To check these totals simply select the files and these values will be displayed under Summary area.

Checking Uploaded Jobs

In Print screen, select the customer, and all uploaded jobs for that specific customer will be displayed.

To select the files related to a specific release code, type the release code in the search release code area and press enter. All files under the searched release code will be displayed.

Printing a Job

After the file or files are selected, the user has the option to modify the printing options and print them. Click . To modify the printing options, click on the Edit button displayed on action column and all available printing configuration will be displayed. After the printing configurations are updated, click on Print button.

Select the Printer you are going to send the job and click on Print button.

After the status job is completed, click on Okay button and the status screen will be closed.

After the document is printed, the file will be removed from Print Release screen and will be displayed under Re-Print screen. For more information about Re-Print Screen, click here.printed, it can be found in Previous Prints jobs. The job can also be re-printed

Deleting a Job

After the file or files are selected, the user has the option to delete them. Click on Delete button.

The confirmation message will be displayed. Click on Okay button to confirm the file exclusion.

After the document is deleted, the file will be removed from Print Release screen.Under Previous Prints option, user can see the printed jobs. For deleting a job, user have to check the checkbox and click on Delete button. User can select multiple jobs for deleting.
