Customer Name

The client name provided during the onboarding process, for which the profile will be created.

Profile Name

The profile name is usually the name that appears on a user's profile and is often used to identify the user on the ePRINTit SaaS system.

The ePRINTit SaaS system offers you the users the possibility of changing the profile status. If the profile is active, all users under that profile have the same permission and can access the permitted areas.

If users are already associated with the profile when it is inactivated, the users will lose all permissions related to the profile.

Disable Confirmation

This setting enables or disables confirmation messages displayed in the system tray when a software is installed and configured with one of the available profiles.

Auto Update

The ePRINTit SaaS system offers the users the possibility automatically updates the software installed, which are configured with one of the driver profiles created. Automatic updates will occur if the Auto Update field is enabled.
