To access the Audit Logs screen, the user simply needs to log into the ePRINTit SaaS and on the menu bar navigate to the Configuration/Customization/Audit Logs area. This feature is managed by permissions and the user must also be associated with a group that allows the user to access this option. To get more information about groups and how to associate them with a role type that has this permission, click here.

Filtering Audit Log

Users can use the Filter By option for filtering audit log data as per his/her requirements.

To filter the data, users should click on the Filter By

area. The following options will appear.

  1. From: Select the start date that should be considered in the report.

  2. Start Time: Select the start time that should be considered in the report.

  3. To: Select the end date that should be considered in the report.

  4. End Time: Select the end time that should be considered in the report.

  5. Message: Enter the message which must be considered in the report.

  6. Type: From this dropdown, select the type of data that should be considered in the report.

    1. Customer Name:

    ...

    APPLY: Use this button to apply the filter.

    ...

    1. Using this dropdown, select the customers.

    After informing all necessary filters, click on APPLY button.
