This document outlines the steps and instructions to customize the printing job list settings according to the needs of the user. The printing job list is a feature that allows users to view the list of all the print jobs that are going to queue, and waiting to be printed. By customizing the printing job list settings, the user can have more control over the printing process and manage the jobs effectively.
Getting Started:
To access the JobList Settings screen, the user simply needs to login to the ePRINTit SaaS and on the menu bar navigate to the Configuration/Customization/JobList Settings area. This feature is managed by permissions and the user must also be associated to a group that allows the user to access this option.

QRCode Print Release
The QR Code Print Release feature in the ePRINTit SaaS system allows users to release print jobs using a QR code instead of manually selecting their print jobs from the printer list. This feature can save time and improve the user experience when releasing print jobs.
To use the QR Code Print Release feature, follow these steps:
Step 1: Submit the Print Job
The user should submit the print job using the File Upload Pag or mobile App.
Step 2: Obtain the QR Code
After submitting the print job, the user will receive a confirmation message containing a QR code. The QR code contains the information necessary to release the print job.
Step 3: Go to the Printer
Proceed to the printer to release the print job. Make sure that the printer is equipped with a QR code reader.
Step 4: Scan the QR Code
Using the QR code reader on the printer, scan the QR code that you obtained in Step 2.
Step 5: Release Your Print Job
After scanning the QR code, your print job will be automatically released from the printer. The user can then retrieve the printed document from the printer tray.
