Usage

On this page, users can see the details of each job printed. Also, user can download .csv and .xls files from here.

 

Getting Started:

To access the Usage screen, the user simply need to login the ePRINTit SaaS and on the menu bar navigate to the User Portal/Usage area. This feature is managed by permissions and the user must also be associated to a group that allows the user to access this option. Filtering the Usage

 

Click on the Filter by button.

The screen will open the filter option where the user can insert the range of data that will be displayed.

From

Select the start date of the records that will be displayed.

Start Time

Select the time of the records that will be displayed.

To

Select the end date of the records that will be displayed.

End Time

Select the end date of the records that will be displayed.

Document Name

Type the name of the document that will be displayed.

Printer(Device)

Select the printer (device) name that will be displayed.

Color Type

Select the color type that will be displayed (Grayscale and/or Color).

Duplex

Select the duplex that will be displayed (One Side and/or Two Side).

Paper Size

Select the paper size that will be displayed (Letter, Legal, Ledger, Tabloid, A4 and/or A3)

 

Downloading Usage

 

Click on the csv or xls icon to download the report with the transactions.
