Reprint
In this section you will find steps about how to re-print a job.
Reprint functionality allows users to print a document that was previously printed. It allows users to print additional copies of a document or design without starting from scratch.
After activating the kiosk, there are several ways to reprint a job. To learn more about how to activate a kiosk, you can refer to this link here.
Instructions
By using Release Code
After activating the kiosk, opt for the login with release code option:
Enter the release code of the job previously printed:
After entering the release code, the screen is displayed below, you need to click on Re-Print tab, to check on the jobs already printed:
You can also edit/change the print settings for the job to be printed again.
By using Internal Login
After activating the kiosk, opt for the internal user login option, logging in with the internal user credentials using which the job has been submitted:
Enter the login credentials for the user, used for the job submission:
After entering the login credentials, the screen is displayed below, you need to click on Re-Print tab, to check on the jobs already printed:
You can also edit/change the print settings for the job to be printed again.
By using Username Login
After activating the kiosk, opt for the username login option, logging in with the internal username using which the job has been submitted:
Enter the login credentials for the user, used for the job submission:
After entering the username, the screen is displayed below, you need to click on Re-Print tab, to check on the jobs already printed:
You can also edit/change the print settings for the job to be printed again.
By using Guest Name
After activating the kiosk, opt for the guest name login option, logging in with the guest name using which the job has been submitted:
Enter the guest name, used for the job submission:
After entering the guest name, the screen is displayed below, you need to click on Re-Print tab, to check on the jobs already printed:
You can also edit/change the print settings for the job to be printed again.
