This feature allows the user to create and manage Custom Text on ePRINTit SaaS system. The Custom Text message will be displayed in the confirmation email that is sent to the customer with the job number, when a job is submitted. Also, in this option, user can configure the amount of money will be displayed in Add Value/Add Balance screens.

 

Getting Started:

To access the Custom Text screen, the user simply needs to log in to the ePRINTit SaaS and on the menu bar navigate to the Configuration/Settings/Custom Text area. This feature is managed by permissions and the user must be also associated with a group that allows the user to access this option. Updating the Confirmation Text

Type the custom text in the Message Confirmation Text box.

Click on Save button.

Here user can add more than one value. These values will help the user when they add value to their account. This added value will show up in a dropdown on the Add Value page.
