The Generate API Key screen is a user interface that allows the user to generate the API key secret, to be used by partner customers to generate results using Swagger (Swagger UI (eprintitsaas.org)), and use the available APIs in the development environment, without accessing the ePRINTit SaaS web portal.
Getting Started:
To access the Generate API Key screen, the user simply needs to login to the ePRINTit SaaS and on the menu bar navigate to the Configuration/Settings/Generate API Key area. This feature is managed by permissions and the user must be associated to a group that allows the user to access this option. Name
Each customer must have a unique name and is also validated at the time of typing.
Adding a New API Key
Enter the customer’s name.
Click on the Generate API Key button to create the new API Key.
Regenerating a New API Key
Search the customer name in the search bar.
Click on the 3 red dots, highlighted in the screenshot.
Click on the edit button.
Click on Regenerate API key
New API key will be generated.
