In the "Settings" section, various personal information fields can be updated to tailor user’s preferences. First and last name, card number, PIN, and email address can be modified to ensure that user account details remain current and accurate. These options empower user to customize their information according to their needs, providing a seamless and personalized user experience.
Getting Started:
To access the user settings screen, the user simply needs to login to the ePRINTit SaaS and on the menu bar navigate to the User Icon/Settings. This feature is managed by permissions and the user must be associated to a group that allows the user to access this option. Updating Existing User Settings
Click on the Add button.
Enter the user’s required information.
Click on Update button.
First Name
Name of the user when it was created in ePRINTit SaaS. To get more information about how to create users, click here.
Last Name
Surname of the user when it was created in ePRINTit SaaS. To get more information about how to create users, click here.
Card Number
Card number of the user that can be used to login in Kiosk.
PIN
Password of the card number.
Primary Email
