Uploading a Document
Open the document to be uploaded using any Microsoft Office program and on the Print option select ePRINTit Printer and click on the Print button.
The file will be sent to the printer queue and the following screen will be displayed, where the user can update the file configuration. Click on the Ok button to upload the file on the User Portal/Print screen under the user’s jobs. To get more information about jobs submitted, click here.
If the Remember me until Logout field in the respective profile is enabled, the file will be sent to printer and will be displayed on User Portal/Print screen without asking for user’s credentials again.
Depending on the Profile’s Validation Type, a different screen will be displayed to the user. To get more information about the existing Validation types, click /wiki/spaces/ES/pages/551190591.
After the file is submitted, if the file submission is completed successfully, the following message will be displayed in the system tray:
Automatic Update
If the Auto Update toggle bar is enabled then when there is a new software update available the configured driver will auto update itself silently.
On startup or once a day, the drive will check for a new software update. If there is any new software update that will be available in the cloud that is ready for release then the driver will download that version from the backend and install it silently.
If the Auto Update toggle bar is disabled then it will not update itself automatically.
