Kiosk Overview

Kiosk is a component of the ePRINTit SaaS ecosystem and allows users to print a range of different documents from an independent small structure that are placed in high-traffic areas to provide the self-service printing, incorporated with an display screen. In today’s fast-paced environment, kiosks offer a great opportunity to improve store functions and customer experience. Kiosks are a valuable asset that have impacted positively the education industry, as it is becoming increasingly common for schools at all levels to utilize kiosks to allow students, visitors and vendors to print out forms, documents or other type of files from the cloud. Kiosks offer many benefits such as convenience and ease of access point for users to print documents, often for free, or for a very small fee. The self-service aspects help keep customers moving instead of waiting in line for personal assistance. Many home printers cannot print at the high quality that commercial printers can. For certain documents, it may be necessary to use a commercial printer, and a kiosk can easily handle this task.

Kiosk will use the release code from documents submitted through the File Upload Page, Email or through a Mobile app, to print out the files.
