User Sign Up

This feature allows the user to create accounts on the ePRINTit SaaS website. User sign-up grants access to personalized features, content, or services, enabling them to engage with the platform and allowing customization based on their preferences.

 

Getting Started:

To access the Sign UP screen, the user simply needs to access the ePRINTit SaaS website and on the menu bar navigate to the Sign Up area.

Signing-up a New User

After clicking on Sign Up hyperlink, fill out all necessary information and click on Create Account button.

 

 

A confirmation message will be seen at the top right corner- “User sign up successfully. Please check your email to proceed further.” The user will receive an email for resetting the password.

Click on the provided link to reset the password.

Enter the Password and Confirm Password and then click on the Reset your password button.

After resetting the password, the user will be redirected to the ePRINTit SaaS portal.

If the customer has multiple Identity Providers, It’s necessary to make sure the Internal Login is one of them. Otherwise the user will not be able to login.
