The reason behind the advanced email for location is for multiple PDS’s. Let's say the customer has 3 PDS’s each one at different locations, and the customer wants the email to be delivered to different PDS then the one configured in it' need to configure this option. That way the backend knows how to automatically deliver the email to the correct PDS since the PDS will be associated with location.How to use Advance Email - After generating advance email for a location, customer can send their documents to the advance email address. The document will be sent to the advanced email location. On customer’s email, a release code will be sentof Advance Email per location is to facilitate the delivery of jobs to multiple Print Delivery Station (PDS) associated with different locations. Suppose a customer manages more than one PDS, each situated at distinct locations. If a user desires the job to be sent to a particular location, deviating from the Default Location configured in the Automatic Print Delivery field on the JobList Configuration screen, they should forward the file to the specified email address linked to that location. This process ensures that the file will be sent to appropriate PDS, considering the association of each PDS with a specific location.

After the necessary changes are made, click on the Update button.
