Public Upload Page
The Public Upload Page allows users to upload files to the ePRINTit SaaS system to be printed in the future. The file types supported are configurable and may vary depending on the customer. Getting Started:
Users must access the Public Upload Page through the following address: https://tenantdomain.eprintitsaas.net/public/upload.
Instructions
Uploading a File
Select one of the available options in the To Start Printing area.
Fill in all the required information.
Click the Continue button.
The Select file(s) area in the screen will be displayed:
Select the files to be uploaded.
A new area in the screen will be available:
Configure all necessary information and click the Upload button.
Removing a File
After uploading a file, in case the user decides to not upload a specific file, click on Remove button and the file will not be uploaded.
The printing details available are configured in the Joblist Settings option. To get more information about how to configure the job settings, click here.
The options displayed on the screen are fully configurable and may vary based on the settings selected by the user. To get more information about about each one of the configurable fields, click here.
1. Language
The Language selection feature allows users to change the display language of the screen. When a new language is selected, all labels, buttons, and interface text will be updated accordingly.
2. Location and Hours
The Location and Hours feature displays the available locations along with their operating hours. If multiple locations are available, users can select the desired location to which the job will be uploaded. The job can then be retrieved from the selected location during its operating hours.
3. To Start Printing
This section provides different options for retrieving print jobs. Users can select one of the following methods:
LMS
If the user has LMS credentials, uploaded files will be stored in their LMS account for printing later. Files will be retained for a specific period, which may vary based on the configuration.
Release Code
Users receive a unique code to retrieve their print jobs.
Guest Name
Jobs are stored under the entered guest name for later retrieval.
4. Prices
The Prices feature allows users to view the pricing details based on their specific requirements (paper size, color, duplex).
5. How To’s
The How-To’s section provides users with guidance on features and settings available in the system.

This field displays the information about how to download the mobile version of ePRINTit SaaS for Android and iOS. For more information about how to download the mobile version, click here.

How do I print a boarding pass
This field displays the information about how to print the boarding pass.
Email Printing
This field displays information about how to print the documents by sending them to an email address. This email is assigned during the customer onboarding. For more information about how the email printing address, click here.
