Details (User Guide)

On this page, multiple information is available such as balance, print jobs, pages, and activity graphs.

Getting Started:

To access the Details screen, the user simply need to login the ePRINTit SaaS and on the menu bar navigate to the User Portal/Details area. This feature is managed by permissions and the user must be associated to a group that allows the user to access this option. To get more information about groups and how to associate it to a role type that has this permission, click here.

Instructions

Balance

Balance refers to the amount of funds or resources available in the account. The overall balance of the account can be seen here.

Quota Balance 2

Refers to the remaining or available amount or capacity within a predefined limit or quota for a particular resource, service, or activity. Quota balance 2 can be seen here.

Quota Balance 1

Refers to the remaining or available amount or capacity within a predefined limit or quota for a particular resource, service, or activity. Quota balance 1 can be seen here.

Debit

Refers to a financial transaction that involves the subtraction or withdrawal of funds from an account or a decrease in an individual's or organization's financial assets. Debits can occur in various contexts, such as when making purchases, paying bills, or recording expenses. It is the opposite of a credit, which represents an addition or deposit of funds into an account. The Debit balance of the account can be seen here.

Print Jobs

Print Jobs are requests to produce physical or digital documents using a printer. These jobs typically involve sending electronic files or data to a printer for output on paper or other media. Print jobs can be initiated from computers, mobile devices, or other digital sources and are a common part of office and personal document management. The number of Print Jobs can be seen here.

The number of Pages printed will be seen here.

In this activity graph, all the activities can be seen.
