From this section, users can set up and adjust mobile device settings remotely through a web-based interface. Users can access a web portal to configure various aspects of their mobile devices, such as

  • Email Option

  • File Option

  • Lock Location Change

  • Picture Option

  • QR Scanning

  • Cloud Storage Settings

This approach simplifies the management of multiple devices, enhances security, and provides a centralized platform for users to customize and optimize their mobile experience without directly accessing each device.

 

Getting Started

To access the Mobile Configuration screen, the user simply needs to log into the ePRINTit SaaS and on the menu bar navigate to the Configuration/Settings/Mobile Configuration area. This feature is managed by permissions and the user must also be associated with a group that allows the user to access this option. Email Option

If this toggle bar is enabled, then the user can print their messages or documents from their email inboxes. Using this toggle bar, the user can enable or disable the Email Option.

File Option

If this toggle bar is enabled, then the user can print Files(mobile device). Using this toggle bar, the user can enable or disable the File Option.

Lock Location Change

If this toggle bar is enabled, then the user can not be able to change their printing location. Using this toggle bar, the user can enable or disable the Lock Location Option.

Picture Option

If this toggle bar is enabled, then the user can print pictures from their gallery (mobile device). Using this toggle bar, the user can enable or disable the Picture Option.

QR Scanning

If this toggle bar is enabled, then the user can print Files by scanning the QR code of the device/printer. Using this toggle bar, the user can enable or disable the QR Scanning.

Cloud Storage settings

If this toggle bar is enabled, then the user will get multiple options for printing any document from their cloud storage. If the Cloud Storage Settings toggle bar is enabled then the following cloud storage options will appear:

One Drive

If this toggle bar is enabled, then in mobile application, you will see the One Drive button. The user can select any file from One Drive for printing.

Dropbox

If this toggle bar is enabled, then in mobile application, you will see the Dropbox button. The user can select any file from Dropbox for printing.

Box

If this toggle bar is enabled, then in mobile application, you will see the Box button. The user can select any file from Box for printing.

Google Drive

If this toggle bar is enabled, then in mobile application, you will see the Google Drive button. The user can select any file from Google Drive for printing.

Office 365

If this toggle bar is enabled, then in mobile application, you will see the Office 365 button. The user can select any file from Office 365 for printing.

 

For using any Cloud Storage Feature, user first have to login to their cloud storage account.
