Audit Logs
Audit logs are records that chronologically document activities within a system or organization. These logs serve security, compliance, and troubleshooting purposes by tracking events such as logins, file accesses, and configuration changes. They enhance security by monitoring for unauthorized actions, facilitating compliance with regulations, aiding forensic analysis during incidents, promoting accountability, and assisting in troubleshooting by providing a detailed history of system activities. Key elements in audit logs include Quota resets, Kiosk Failed Jobs, Thing Offline Alerts, Invalid Login Alerts, and Failed Print Jobs error logs. Regular review of audit logs is essential for maintaining system integrity and security.
